Ingredients :
Small onion - 15 no's
Pepper - 1 tpsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Dhaniya powder - 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Saunf ( sombu) - 1 tbsp ( just crush)
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Chicken - 250 gms
Oil - 3 tbsp
Coriander - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Preparation :
Clean chicken.... And let it boil well to cook.....add 2 tumbler of water to it in a thick bottom vessel.....to the chicken add turmeric powder.....and let it cook completely.
Now for gravy...... Take a kadai and heat oil in it .....heat 1 tbsp of oil ....and saute small onion and pepper......saute well till the onions go transparent..... Now rove from flame and cool aside .....when cooled .....grind to smooth paste......
Now when the water we have added have reduced to half the amount.... Add chilli powder,dhaniya powder ,ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp and salt ....again let this reduce to half of the water......
Now heat a kadai....add crushed saunf.....and 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste and saute it to leave raw smell.....then add the gravy prepared....now just pour the chicken cooked with masala in this...and keep stiring.......to make a thick gravy.....
Now when the gravy is thick....add coriander.... And serve hot.....its a yummy taste...rice mix gravy.....or with briyani.... With curd I luv it.....
Try with dosa, chapathi,paratha.....itl taste awesome.
