A Christmas special recipe..... Told as origin from UK..... Which is also told that it has been Inspired by the MUGHLAI's recipe called 'Nargisi kofta'.
INGREDIENTS :
Minched chicken - 2 cups
Bread crumbs - 11/2 cup
Chilli powder - 1tbsp
Pepper powder - 1tbsp

Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
Garam masala - 1tbsp
Egg - 3 no's (boiled and pealed)
Salt to taste

PREPERATION :
Take a large bowl.....

Bring in the minched chicken, bread crumbs, Chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, garam masala, and salt.
Then mix well with hands . to make a smooth dough.

Divide into 3 equal portions.
Then flatten it and place an egg in it and cover without any gap.
Deep fry and serve hot.
NOTE:
The original Scottish egg recipe needs to have gooey yolk.
For this the egg must be boiled only for 5 minutes and exactly after 5 minutes run through a sieve and immerse eggs in cold water and peal after the eggs cool down completely.
Patience is much required for this pealing since the egg is half cooked.
The uncooked egg will get cooked on frying process. While packing the egg don't press much the eggs may break off.
