Made this in a state where I dnt wanna browse for a new recipe..... A very innovative recipe of mine..... Jus made instance..... All preliminary made by sizzy...shez a pretty gud partner at my kitchen......and me jus prepared....my people luved this....and we named it on the new ingredients we used.....
ingredients :
Carrot - 1 medium size
Beans - 100 gms
Turnip - 1 medium size
Cauliflower - 1 medium size
Potato - 1 large
Green peas - 1 cup
Onion - 1 fine chops
Tomato - 1 fine chops
Ginger - 2 inch
Garlic - 3 cloves
Cashew - 10 no's
Malai ( fresh cream) - 3 tbsp
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Dhaniya powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
Kasuri methi - 1/2 tbsp
Cumin seeds ( jeera ) - 1 tsp
Oil - 3 tbsp
Butter - 3 tbsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Coriander - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Preparation :
1.
First let's go with Veggies -
Carrot,beans,potato,turnip, cauliflower, green peas
All to be washed and skin removed ( carrot,turnip,potato) and cut to small cubes and pieces.

Now take a cooker ....heat it add butter...let it melt....now add cumin seeds...let them splutter.... Now add veggies.....give a gud mix of the veggies to mix with butter....and add turmeric powder and again mix....now add 1 1/4 tumbler of water ..cover and vissle it......cook for two vissle...
When cool open and keep aside.....

Meanwhile.... Heat a kadai....add ghee....saute ginger, garlic and cashew....to slight brown colour..... Let them cool....and transfer to a food processor.....to this add fresh cream (malai)...and add a cup of cooked veggies to this and make a smooth paste of it.
This is thevactual malai kaju paste....the taste maker for this recipe.
I used malai from chilled milk at home...its jus boil 1 litter of milk and refrigerate it....you'll get a layer of malai... And tats what I used...

Now next again....heat a kadai.....add oil....kasuri methi.....onions.. To transparent... Then tomato and saute to cook smooth... ...now add chilli powder, dhaniya powder.... at this stage add a lill of water from cooked veggies...to it around 1/4 tumbler ...cook till oil cones out....and remove from flame...
This is the Onion tomato masala for the veggies.

To the cooked veggies... Add the malai kaju paste prepared.... Mix well and give a single boil.....then add the onion tomato masala ...and mix and cover for two boils....then ...
Remove from flame...add garam masala.... Mix well...and serve...
Yummy yummy for chapathi, naan,or any kinda Indian bread.
