Dry Peas masala



Ingredients :

Dry peas - 1 cup 
( soaked over nyt and cooked for 3 vissle)
Onion - 1 no's fine chops
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Dhaniya powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp chopped

Preparation :

Heat oil in pan....  Add in ginger garlic  paste..... Saute till it gives fine aroma....and gets cooked.....add in onion.....let them get golden brown......to give a sweet taste.

Now separate the cooked peas into two half's......one half leave it as such....n the other half smash it well......

Now add both part to the kadai......with the water in which peas boiled.... Now add in chilli powder,dhaniya powder ,turmeric powder and salt...mix well and let it boil....for 4 minutes..... Keep stirring now else it'll get burnt at the bottom of the vessel.

At a stage you can find gravy getting cooked well....add garam masala... And mix well.....

Now add this to ur masala poori, samosa masala....and can be added to any kinda chat to add flavour....  To GI with chats....add a lill bit of water....around 1/2 a tumbler.....it needs to be watery to add taste to chats...

Garnish with coriender and it Goes well with chapathi...& ...bread toast....
