Pani poori





Ingredients for making poori


Maida - 1 cup
Rava - 1 cup
Oil - 1 tbsp
Oil - 2 cups to fry
Soda- 1 pinch
Water - 1 cup

Preparation:
Take bowl add rava , maida, salt, soda, oil and water mix them all well properly and allow it to rest for 25-35 min.
Then make equal balls of it and make roti of it and then cut round with glass or cookie cutter.
Heat oil in kadai and fry them till golden in color in medium flame.
Now puri's ready for chats.....

Pani poori preparation :

Boiles & Smashed potato - 1 cup
Carrot grated - 1 cup ( grated)
Onion - 1 cup ( fine chops)
Tomato - 1 cup ( fine chops )
Mango unripe - 1 cup ( fine chops)
Amchur powder  - 2 tbsp
Chat masala - 2 tbsp

Serving :

Take a poori.....hold it and break open the center if it...m.jus with your thumb.... And start to stuff....

First take 1/2 tsp of potato and stuff in the poori...follow with.... 1/4 tsp of onion + 1/4 tsp of tomato + 1/4 tsp of mango + 1/4 tsp carrot + 1 pinch amchur powder + 1 pinch chat masala.....

This way complete how much ever  you want......probably.... 6 poori for each will do....

For additional flavour I added peas masala.....
