Falooda pista flavour




Ingredients:

Milk - 3/4 tumbler
Water - 1/4 tumbler
Sabja seeds - 1 tsp
Vermicelli - 1 tsp
Sugar powder - 2 tbsp
Milk powder - 1 tsp
Cashew - 2 no's chops
Badam - 2 no's Chop's
Pistachios - 4 no's Chop's
Pista essence - 1 tsp
Pista flavour icecream - 1 scoop

Preparation :

Boil milk and water for 2 min...

Now add vermicelli ,sabja seeds...sugar,milk powder( for thickness so optional)....boil still it gets bit thick....probably when the vermicelli gets cooked....

Ones thick remove from flame....add cashew, badam,pistachios..... And chill in fridge for 3-4 hours.....and add pista essence ....after its cool....

Then when serving...transfer to a glass tumbler.... Top with pista flavour icecream ...over ther icecream jus sprinkle chopped pistachio and serve chill....

Note:
For pista flavour iv used the above flavour....

For strawberry flavour...use strawberry essence...and strawberry ice cream...

So goes variation.....
