Spicy Veg Salad
Ingredients :
Carrot - 1 cup
Beetroot - 1 cup
Cabbage - 1 cup
Onion - 1 cup
Lemon - 1/2
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste.
Preparation :
Carrot , beetroot , cabbage , onion - cut them to thin sticks
Now add these to a wide bowl , to this bring in chilli powder , chaat masala , garam masala , salt and lemon juice.
Mix well to coat the masala evenly all over the veg sticks.
Can be served with chapati and any north indian gravy , non veg tikka , panneer tikka or can be even served with a complete south indian platter.
