Ingredients :
Digestive biscuits (Britannia) - 6 biscuits
Almonds - 10 no's
Cashew - 10 no's
Walnut - 10 no's
Sugar - 5 tbsp
Condensed milk - 8 tbsp
Milk - 1 tbsp
Cocoa powder (kwality) - 4 tbsp
Preparation :
Make the biscuits and sugar to powder in food processor ....
Take the powder in a large bowl
Now make powder of all nuts..... And add to the biscuit powder...mix well and add condensed milk 4 tbsp..... Now this will be like a dough....not smooth....but you can make balls of it.....
Mix well so that you can make balls.....
You can apply ghee or butter to make your hands non sticky to avoid the dough from sticking to your hands....
In a another bowl mix cocoa powder and condensed milk....and milk( this is to make the consistency good enough to dip the balls)... And the consistency is to be bit thick.....not to flow.....
Now add the cocoa mix to the dough prepared...and mix well......
Make balls of it and fridge it.......they probably are loss and will spread after places on a buttered plate.....
Take the plate after 1/2 an hour of freezing and make perfect balls and freeze again for 3 hours.....
They are so yummy chewy melting choco nutty balls.....
