Ingredients :
Black stone flower - 2 piece
Saunf - 1tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Pepper - 1/4 tbsp
Cinnamon - 1/2 inch
Cloves - 4 no's
Pearl onion - 8 no's
Red chilli dry - 4 no's
Sesame oil - 2 tbsp
Fish (any verity ) - 600 gms
( I have used seer fish )
Salt to taste
For frying fish you will need - 200 ml
( oil and masala will be left over )
Preparation :
Heat Oil in pan.....and add spices one by one....first black stone flower... Then saunf....cumin seeds...cloves ....Cinnamon... Pepper..... And saute well then add pearl onions..... Saute well.....if pearl onions are large cut to four piece... To get cooked soon....then add red chilli dry.....
Set aside to cool and add salt.....
Now make smooth paste of this in food processor.....add 1/4 tumbler of water....
Now marinate your fish slice with the masala prepared and set in fridge for 5 hours....
Then remove from fridge 1/2 an hour before your fry....
Fry and serve with onion slices and 1/4 of a lemon.....
