Kaju katli
Ingredients :
Cashew powder - 1 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Cardamom - 1 pinch
Water - 1/2 cup
Preparation :
Boil water and add sugar.....wait for 1 string consistency.....
One's you get the perfect consistency..... Slow down flame
Now add cashew powder..... Stir well......
You should get dropping consistency of the mix....
Now transfer to a greased plate.....and wait to cool...
The make diognal cut ....for diamond cuts...
Remove when its cool and serve
Cashew powder:
Grind cashew in food processor.... Not much..it will become oily....so jus pulse for powder..
