Ingredients :
Egg - 1 no's
Onion - 1 fine chops
Green Chilli - 1 fine chops
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Preparation :
Mix onion , green chilli , coriander , Chilli powder , turmeric powder , garam masala , pepper powder and salt in a bowl....
Mix well then add egg and beat well till it's foamy....
Heat a thana and lay this egg mix....oil around ...once cooked turn on the other side.....
Now your spicy masala omelette is ready ....
Enjoy this with....bread toast ....rice ....or a snack......
