Matar palak gravy



Ingredients :

Palak - 1 bunch
Green peas -  2 cup ( cook and smash 1 cup )
Onion - 1 no's fine chops
Tomato - 1/2 fine chops
Green chilli -  2 no's (cut to 2 piece each)
Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Cardamom - 1 no's
Cloves - 3 no's
Bay leaf - 1/4
Oil - 3 tbsp
Ghee - 3 tbsp

Preparation :

Boil water in a vessel and immerse palak and let it boil for 3 minutes.....then drain out the water and rinse through plain water......and make smooth paste of cooked palak in food processor.... And keep it aside

Now boil water ( 1 tumbler ) and add green peas to it..... let it get cooked......once cooked smooth.....(you can use this water to blend palak...)

Now heat a kadai. ....add oil and ghee.....then add. ..cloves,cardamom,cinammon...and bayleaf.... Kasuri methi....and saute still you smell the aroma.....ans then add onions....saute to get transparent.....and add tomato.....and ginger garlic paste.......cook them to smooth......

Now add chilli powder,dhaniya powder,turmeric powder.....and salt and let them cook still they leave oil.......

Now add green peas to this......mix well and palak.......mix well..... and add fresh cream......and mix well .....and let it in slow flame to cook for 5 min.....

Remove from flame and add garam masala.....and transfer to a serving bowl and serve hot...with chapatti......naan....kulcha.....
