Mushroom pepper fry



Ingredients :

Mushroom - 200gms
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp 
Garam masala - 1 tbsp
Chat masala - 1/2 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Gram flour powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
Rice flour powder - 2 tbsp
Oil - 2 cups ( to fry )
Salt to taste 

Preparation :

Take a large bowl add all above Ingredients except oil and mushroom.....mix water little by little.....to dosa batter consistency....

Keep aside.....

Now cleaning mushroom.....if gills are dark gray in colour..... remove them....else leave them ....do remove stem.....If you find the outer part bit sticky....the skin is peelable....peel it....or dust it with maida and leave for 5 minutes....then wash in running water....

Now marinate ....... meanwhile heat oil in kadai......and fry them in batches......do not crowd oil.......which will result in drop in temperature.........as a result your recipe won't come out gud...... maintain flame limit between high and medium .......do not summer in between frying.......or by time adding next batch.....

Keep stirring while you fry......it may stick in to the walls of kadai...... once golden brown..... remove from oil.....and rest them in tissue paper......to remove excess oil.....

Serve this Onion slice and half a lemon.....it's simply tasty......

Note :

Wash mushroom in batches......split the entire mushroom quality you have into 3 batches......keep aside..... every batch to be instantly cleaned and marinated just before you fry.......the reason is mushroom tend to leave water when they get in contact with water............as a result your marination paste may loss consistency........ which will result in odd look and taste........ please do follow instructions ......for better taste.....
