INGREDIENTS :
chicken - 250 gms
chilli powder - 1 1/2 tbsb
dhaniya powder - 2 tbsp
turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
oil - 1 tbsp
onion - 1 no's ( fine sliced )
tomato - 1/2 ( dine slice )
ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
saunf - 1/2 tbsp
coriander - 2 tbsp
curry leaves - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste.
ingredients for masala :
oil - 1 tbsp
black stone flower - 2 nos
Bay leaves - 1/2
Cinnamon - 1 inch
saunf - 1/2 tbsp
Ginger - 1/2 inch
garlic - 1 cloves
pearl onions - 3 no's
cashew - 2 no's
poppy seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Coconut grated - 1 cup
Salt for masala
Preparation :
Heat pan add oil.....saute black stone flower,saunf....bay leaves,cinnamon...then onion...Ginger ,garlic.... cashews and poppy seeds.....saute to cook....then cool ....now add Coconut grated and all sauted to food processor and make smooth paste of it.....
Chicken to be cooked in immersible amount of water for 7 minutes....add turmeric powder to water before you cook chicken....
Once cooked remove from flame and keep aside.
Now heat a pan .. add oil ....saunf... wait to splitter....now add onions.....tomato.... Ginger garlic paste.......little bit if coriander and curry leaves......cook well till the oil surfaces.....now add this to cooked chicken.....to that add...chilli powder.. dhaniya Powder.... and salt.....
Let it boil for 4 -5 minutes....now add the masala....and boil for jus 2 minutes....... remove from flame and add coriander.....
Serve hot for dosa ,idly ,chapatti..or rice....
