Ingredients

Liver - 250 gms
Pearl
Onions - 10 no's ( fine sliced )
Chilli
powder - 1 tbsp
Saunf - 1
tbsp
Turmeric
powder - 1/4 tbsp
Dhaniya
powder - 1 tbsp
Ginger
garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Coriander
leaves - 1 tbsp
Salt to
taste
For masala :
Pearl
Onions - 10 no's
Pepper -
1 tbsp
Saunf - 1
tbsp
Oil - 2
tbsp
Salt to
taste
Preparation :
Wash liver and soak in water....add turmeric powder to water....
First need to get ready with masala.....
Heat a
pan....add oil ...then add saunf ,pearl Onion....then pepper and saute to cook
well.....then cool and make paste of it.....
Now heat a kadai...add saunf....then Pearl Onions sliced....cook till transparent...then...add liver ( washed only once ).....and cover to cook....for 10 minutes in slow flame...Then open the lid......mix again....Add ginger garlic paste....and saute well....
Add in chilli powder,dhaniya powder and salt .....cook well...then add the masala paste
....mix
and leave in slow flame...and once it gives back the oil taken..... remove from
flame and serve hot.... garnish with coriander.....
