INGREDIENTS :
Roasted rava ( powdered ) - 1cup
Sugar powder - 1 cup
Cardamon powder - 1 pinch
Cashew - 6 no's ( broken )
Ghee - 5 tbsp
Sugar powder - 1 cup
Cardamon powder - 1 pinch
Cashew - 6 no's ( broken )
Ghee - 5 tbsp
PREPARATION :
Bring in roasted rava powdered ,
cardamon powder and sugar powder I to a large bowl.
Mix well with hands .
Heat ghee in a pan and add cashew to get golden brown in colour.
Now add this ghee and roasted cashew to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Use a ladle to mix since ghee is hot .
Once the heat is hand friendly start to make laddoo of the mix.
Finish making laddoo before the heat goes off.
Store in airtight container, this can be stored for 3 - 4 days in shelf.
