INGREDIENTS :
cauliflower florets - 3 cups( medium sized)
Gram flour - 4 tbsp
Rice flour - 2 tbsp
Pepper powder - 2 tbsp
Chilli powder - 1tbsp
Garam masala - 1 /2 tbsp
Soya sauce - 1tbsp
Tomato sauce - 1tbsp
Salt - to taste
Gram flour - 4 tbsp

Soya sauce - 1tbsp
Tomato sauce - 1tbsp

PREPERATION :
Take a large bowl bring in all the dry ingredients..... Gram flour, Rice flour, Pepper powder, Garam masala, Chilli powder, salt...mix well and now add Soya Sauce and Tomato sauce.
To this add water and get the batter ready...
Meanwhile heat up a kadai with oil to fry.
Cauliflower to be cleaned and made to medium sized florets... Boil in salted water for just 2-3minutes and straight away the water.
To the batter mix the salt cooked cauliflower florets. Mix well and let's start up the frying.
To oil add this coated florets and fry to golden brown..... add in batches.... do not crowd the oil.....
Once the frying is over transfer to a kitchen towel and serve hot....
