 Tikka ..the word sounds absolutely tasty....

When it gets even more #Spicy.....what is more exciting than that...

Here goes the recipe for Spicy Panner Tikka

Ingredients :

Panner - 200 gms
Curd - 3 tbsp
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Chilli powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
Rice flour - 2 tbsp
Wheat flour - 2 tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
Tomato Sauce - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste

The taste maker for the recipe :

Green chilli 1 + Ginger 1/2 inch + Garlic 1 cloves + Coriander 1 tbsp - Grind them in food processor to make a smooth paste.

Preparation :

Chop the Panner into flat squares .

Mix all the ingredients except Panner in a large bowl and make the batter to thick pouring consistency.

Now marinate Panner and set aside for 1 hour .

Add them to the Tikka sticks.

Preheat oven at 250 °c and bake it for 20 to 30 minutes .

Else you can also cook in that by adding oil ....by using shallow fry method.

Shallow fry method :

Heat a thava and drizzle oil .

Now to the thava place the marinated Panner squares and once the side on the thava is golden brown turn to the other side.

Likewise keep turning to make the entire Panner to get cooked and gets golden brown colour all sides .

Then remove from thava and serve.

For even more volume of Tikka... Capsicum and Onions cubes can be alternated with the Panner cubes .

These Capsicum and Onion cubes must be marinated and then added to the Tikka sticks.
