Serve - 4 people
Ingredients :
Bhindi - 500 gms
Chilli powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
Dhaniya powder - 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
Oil - 5 tbsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste

Preparation :
Wash and clean bhindi.
Cut them to 1 inch length.
Now heat oil in a pan .
Add the cut bhindi to oil.
Saute them well until the stickyness is off.
Now once they are clear add chilli powder, dhaniya powder, turmeric powder , garam masala , salt and water.
Mix well and leave in slow flame .
Keep stirring to avoid getting burnt.
The oil will seperate and the bhindi will turn thin and dark in colour.
Now when they are tasted , its crisp n crunch soft.
By then remove of flame .
Serve hot with any kinda rice or chapati.
