Panner Tikka Gravy
Panner Tikka preparation :
Ingredients :
Panner - 200 gms
Curd - 3 tbsp
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Chilli powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
Rice flour - 2 tbsp
Wheat flour - 2 tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
Tomato Sauce - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Curd - 3 tbsp

Garam masala - 1 tbsp

The taste maker for the recipe :
Green chilli 1 + Ginger 1/2 inch + Garlic 1 cloves + Coriander 1 tbsp - Grind them in food processor to make a smooth paste.
There will be left over in the marination.
Reserve this to add to the gravy.

Preparation :
Chop the Panner into flat squares .
Mix all the ingredients except Panner in a large bowl and make the batter to thick pouring consistency.
Now marinate Panner and set aside for 1 hour .
Add them to the Tikka sticks.
Preheat oven at 250 °c and bake it for 20 to 30 minutes .
Else you can also cook in that by adding oil ....by using shallow fry method.
Shallow fry method :
Heat a thava and drizzle oil .
Now to the thava place the marinated Panner squares and once the side on the thava is golden brown turn to the other side.
Likewise keep turning to make the entire Panner to get cooked and gets golden brown colour all sides .
Then remove from thava and serve.
For Gravy :
Ingredients :
Onions - 1 ( finely chopped )
Tomato - 1 ( finely chopped )
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
Green Chilli - 1 ( slit and deseeded )
Water - 1/2 cup
Salt - a pinch

Preparation :
Heat oil in a pan.
Add onions and saute to cook.
Now add green chilli.
Then bring in the chilli powder, garam masala and turmeric powder.
Saute and add tomato.
Now add water and cover and cook in slow flame for10 minutes.
After 10 minutes open and keep stirring to reduce water.
Now make smooth paste of this .

Heat up a pan and add this smooth paste and 1/4 cup of water .
To this add the left over Panner Tikka marination.
Mix well and wait to boil .
Switch off flame and add the prepared Panner Tikka.
Mix carefully so that you don't break the Panner cubes.
