Granola bars ( eggless )





Ingredients :

Oats - 70 gms
Oats flour - 15 gms
Cashew - 45 gms
Badam - 45 gms
Acrut - 10 gms
Soft dates - 50 gms
Coconut grated - 40 gms
Sugar powdered - 40 gms
Honey - 3 tbsp
Oil - 3 tbsp
Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
Water - 1/2 tsp

Preparation :

Cashew , badam and acrut to be powdered to fine grains.
To a large bowl bring in all the dry ingredients .
Mix them well .
To this add chopped soft dates.
Mix them well to combine. See to that the dates are not accumulated in a place.
If so split them evenly all over the mixture.
Now to a bowl bring in all the wet ingredients .
Whisk them well to combine.
Now add the wet ingredient to the well combined dry ingredient.
Meanwhile have the bake tray greased and lined with a parchment paper.
See to that there is some parchment paper left on height , this to help you pull the paper out if the bake tray.
Now bring in the combined granola mixture to Tha bake tray .
Tap it well and press it with your hands to set well.
Bake at a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Once done remove the tray of the oven .
After 5 Minutes cut the bar.
Cut them when they are warm.
For is the bars cool down it will be too hard to cut .
Box them , this will be your kids favorite receipe.
