Masala Buttermilk


The amazing summer drink that provides calcium without fat.

Ingredients :

Fresh curd - 1 cup
Water - 3 1/2 cup
Ginger - 1 inch
Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp + as required rock salt preferred
Coriander leaves - 1/2 tbsp finely chopped
Curry leaves - 1/2 tbsp finely chopped
Green chilli - 1/2 finely chopped
Black salt - 1/4 tsp
Chat masala - 1/4 tsp

Preparation :

Blend curd with beater.

smash ginger and add this to Blended curd.

To this add asafoetida.

Add water , and blend once
To this add salt , black salt , green chilli and chat Masala.

Then add coriander leaves , Curry leaves.

Check salt before you serve.
