Ingredients :
Onion - 2 finely chopped
Tomato - 2 finely chopped
Curry leaves - 1 cup
Green gram - 2 cup ( sprouts )
Bringal - 5
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 3/4 tbsp
Dhaniya powder - 3/4 tbsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Tamarind extract ( thick ) - 1/4 cup
Salt - to taste ( 1/2 tsp + as required )
Oil - 3 tbsp
Hot water - 2 1/2 cup

Hot water - 2 1/2 cup
Preparation :
Heat a pan and add oil to it .
Now to the oil add onion and saute to cook.
Then bring in the tomato and curry leaves.
Let it cook to smash .
Now add chilli powder , turmeric powder and dhaniya powder .
Mix well and add tamarind extact .
Mix and now add sprouted and boiled green gram.
Then add bringal.
Now hot water and mix then cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Now add chopped coriander leaves and serve with hot chapati.
It taste excellent and healthy for kids.
